Northern States Transportation, Inc. has been a member of the SC&RA since 1999. Specialized Carriers and Rigging Association (SC&RA) has helped its 1,100 members in 43 countries attain the highest standard for quality and safety - through meetings, publications, services, and staff. SC&RA is committed to providing the unique information and any other lawful activities members need to safely, legally and profitably transport, lift and erect oversize and overweight items.
The MTA ensures that the trucking industry speaks with one voice by bringing together truckers, their employees and contractors, and allies to:

Provide safe, environmentally clean and essential services; and
Encourage an economic and political environment that provides our industry with fair competition.

The Transportation Club of Tacoma's mission is to continue to center on building bridges within the transportation industry while at the same time providing a strong connection to the local community through our charitable work. Recently Club membership has grown to over 270, allowing its members and guests to regularly meet in an atmosphere of fellowship and social exchange of ideas regarding sound transportation.
